Palo Santo Essential Oil (Ecuador) 

Palo Santo (Sacred Wood), grows in protected national parks in Peru and Ecuador. Our supplier buys directly from Ecuadorian Shamans who have a deep knowledge of the tree, its oil and its ideal environment. 

Interestingly, the oil is produced by trees that die a natural death and then lay undisturbed for a further 5 to 10 years. 

Palo Santo oil is used in smudging, purifying and cleansing ceremonies as well as for holistic healing purposes.

High in Limonene it's anti- bacterial, anti- viral and anti - cancer make it a wonderful oil to add to your apothecary. It is also said to aid with emotional balance. 

Its scent is very woody and deeply powerful.
