Pink Peppercorn - Shinus Per Oz

This Central American berry is very mild, and is often blended with other peppers for its vibrant colour, and heat-softening effect. Its fruity, peppery, almost sweet flavour is equally at home in savoury and sweet dishes. Pink pepper is especially delightful in mild cream sauces.
